Graffiti Weekend

For those of you that know me you know I have an old 1929 Ford Model A. For those of you that don't know me I have a 1929 Ford model A . This past weekend was Roseburgs annual Graffiti. It is 1 of the largest rolling car shows in the state of Oregon if not the biggest. In upwards of 400 cars or more. This just a small sampling of the cars that were there . You will note to you're left
in the pink poodle skirt is my 3 year old grand daughter . We try to participate in as much of the activities as possible but our only problem I don't like to drive my car after dark. You have to strike a match to see if the head kights are working. We had alot of fun even though it was unbearably hot this year . For anyone who enjoys hotrods and classic cars and even antiques. This is the place you should plan on taking in some day. Rick

Never Mind. I looked back a few months and saw the pic. Nice roadster. AND with a rumble seat! When I was a teenager my buddys and I would tour the local used car lots on Saturdays and look at, and occasionaly be offered test drives in Model A's. They were seldom over $100 and often around $50. Of course in those days I did'nt have $50. The Roadsters and Coupes were cheapest. A family man in the 50's would rather have a sedan so he could haul the whole family. Thanks for keeping it original.
